Siliguri is a city in the northeast Indian state of West Bengal. It sits in the foothills of the Himalayas, surrounded by tea gardens. Banglabandha is a major inland port in Northern Bangladesh, established to provide a trade link between India, Nepal and Bhutan. The center of the trade link where the borders meet is the Banglabandha Zero Point, commercialised heavily by the Bangladesh Government to benefit from the exports and imports. The three nations are separated by 52 km of Indian territory, known as the Siliguri Corridor. On the Indian side of the border is Phulbari.
