The Panchkuian Mandir is a holy and peaceful Hindu temple located within Jhansi limits. It has a history attached to it. There is a calming silence prevailing around it. It is located in Indirapuri, Jhansi and is about 1. 5 km from Jhansi.

The Panchkuian Temple at Jhansi is a place of worship for Hindus. It is one of the oldest temples in the city and witnesses hundreds of devotees everyday. The Mandir got its name because of the five wells surrounding it. The wells are small in size. In Hindi, small wells arecalled "Kuian" and thus the name. It is a beautiful and colourful temple and has religious people coming in to visit the place.

The recommended time duration to spend there is 1-2 hours maximum to explore the place. It is believed that Rani Lakshmi Bai of Jhansi used to worship everyday in this temple. She worshipped here only before going to fight a war with the then British rulers. November to March are the best months to travel to the place.

The temple is easily accessible by public transport. It hosts weddings and is in celebratory grandeur during the Navratri festival. There is no entry fee to the temple. The temple can be visited during timings 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
