Gomatgiri(Gommatgiri) is an acclaimed Jain centre in the city of Indore, Madya Pradesh. Gomatgiri is a sacred place for the devotees belonging to the Jain religion. It is located within the city limits, with a distance of about 11-12 Kms from the city centre. It is located in close proximity to the Indore Airport.
One of the fascinating features of Gomatgiri is that it comprises twenty four well built and architecturally significant marble temples,each of which is dedicated to 24 Tirthankaras of Jain religion. The Gomatgiri cluster of temples is spacious and is surrounded with greenery. The maintenence of the temple is commendable.
On Sundays, Gomatgiri temple's famous Daal-Baati is served in the 'Bhojnalaya'.
